Schedule: Part-Time | 23 days per week (full days, 8 hours)

Caseload: Minimum of 40 students, primarily in Adult Transition Program and Special Day Classes
Typical Job Duties

Provide individualized OT services based on students IEP goals
-
Deliver support through pull-out, push-in, or consultation models as designated in IEPs
-
Collaborate with case managers, support staff, and IEP teams to coordinate care and optimize student outcomes

Utilize assistive technology, including iPads for communication, Riftin chairs, swings, and yoga balls as appropriate

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation

Develop and manage your own daily schedule based on student service minutes

Requirements
